HFLOW-1 metal powder flowability tester is mainly used for the test of the flowability of metal powders. HFlow-1 evaluates the flowability of metal powders by testing the capability of the sample to flow through a 2.5 mm standard funnel. The HFlow-1 Hall Flow meter is designed and manufactured based on the ISO4490-2008 standard.

Metal powder flow tester: Hall flow meter, it conforms to the standard GB/T1482-2010 and the international standard ISO4490-2008. This instrument can be used to test the fluidity of metal powders that can flow freely through a standard funnel with an aperture of 2.5mm. Its basic principle is to judge the fluidity of the metal powder by measuring the time it takes for the 50g metal powder to flow through the standard funnel with an aperture of 2.5mm. The shorter the time, the better the fluidity of the powder. The longer the time, the worse the fluidity of the powder. If a metal powder cannot flow through a small hole of 2.5mm, or can only flow intermittently by gently tapping, the metal powder shall be considered not to have fluidity.
